Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please email trendyyyfinds@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with original packaging and tags where applicable. Returns are subject to inspection once received.

Return Delivery

Return delivery costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. If you received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us first so that we can assess the issue and assist you appropriately.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days through the applicable payment method. Once processed, the time taken for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error on our part.
